Best One Shot Sniper build in MW3 Warzone

One shot, one kill.

If you’re a sniper in Warzone, the thing you care about the most is the ability to kill a target in a single shot. I’m thrilled to announce that you can do that in MW3 Warzone with a punchy rifle that feels fantastic to use. Let me show you the best One Shot Sniper build in MW3 Warzone.

How to build a One Shot Sniper Rifle in Warzone

One Shot Sniper Rifles are typically chunky and unwieldy. While the Katt-AMR skirts around that description, we still have some mobility. This weapon is incredible as it kills in a single headshot regardless of range. Our attachment choices make those shots as easy to land as possible as we focus on improving our Bullet Velocity and Range. Here’s what I recommend:

  • Sniper Rifle: Katt-AMR
  • Muzzle: Sonic Suppressor XL
  • Stock: Precision Stock Pad
  • Ammunition: .50 Cal High Grain Rounds
  • Barrel: Zang-34 Barrel
  • Optic: Forge Tac Delta 4

Sonic Suppressor XL

I swear by Suppressors, so the Sonic Suppressor XL is the obvious choice. This Muzzle attachment keeps us off the radar while increasing our Bullet Velocity and Range.

While these stats are important, we don’t want to make the Katt-AMR any less mobile. Fortunately, the Sonic Suppressor XL penalties are minor and don’t affect our ADS Speed.

Precision Stock Pad

The Precision Stock Pad reduces Aim Idle Sway and increases Aim Stability. This combination stops our aim reticule from bobbing around so much, allowing us to take accurate shots at incredible ranges.

This gun has a limitless one-shot kill range, and this Stock makes those distant engagements more comfortable. We take a minuscule 2.5% movement speed penalty, which is barely noticeable.

.50 Cal High Grain Rounds

The .50 Cal High Grain Rounds are the ‘best in slot’ bullets for the Katt-AMR. This ammunition increases our Bullet Velocity and Damage Range more than any other type. The only downside is a penalty to recoil control, but it’s quite manageable with a single-shot weapon.

Zang-34 Barrel

The Zang-34 is the only barrel that increases Damage Range and Bullet Velocity. Not only that, the improvements are enormous. We gain 34% Range and 17.5% Bullet Velocity, making this barrel one of the most impactful attachments on the Katt-AMR.

As for downsides, we take a penalty to Sprint to Fire speed. This stat hurts on something like an SMG but is negligible on a Rifle.

Forge Tac Delta 4

Finally, the Optic is a personal preference. That said, I’ve seen high-level players use the Forge Tac Delta 4, and it’s easy to see why. This scope offers a 5.5X magnification, which feels comfortable at mid-range and beyond. The scope glint is less obvious than the larger Optics, which is a nice bonus.

The funny part about this Optic is the unclear stats. According to the Pros/cons page, the Forge Tac Delta 4 has penalties for ADS speed. You can see that’s quite the opposite in the screenshot above. The scope may be bugged or patched in the future, but for now, enjoy this deadly Sniper Rifle to its fullest.
