Below is a tier list of all the magical abilities you can use in Clover Retribution. Note that this tier list is formed from the abilities themselves, but not every player will enjoy playing the strongest only. Make sure to play to the strengths of your race and your own playstyle. Experiment to find your favorite, but use this tier list as a general guide of power.
As more abilities get added, and as old ones get tweaked, this tier list will change and update to reflect that. So note that it is subject to change.
Finally, in each tier, the abilities are organised alphabetically and not in a ranking order.
S Tier
These abilities are incredible, and absolutely crush in combat engagements. I highly recommend these!

The following abilities are fantastic for combat, you can’t really go wrong here. They’ll see you through most of your engagements.

These abilities are good, although they may fall short in certain areas. But don’t think poorly of them!

These abilities aren’t too good, and you’ll want to upgrade as soon as you get the chance.

If I were you, I’d move on from these abilities as soon as I can. They simply don’t compete with the others.

How to get new magical abilities in Clover Retribution
You may see all of the abilities above and get confused as to how to obtain them. The description of the game states that you may ‘randomly’ gain new magic, but this isn’t entirely accurate.
One way to obtain new magic in Clover Retribution is to level up your magic mastery. In doing so, you will obtain new and better magics. You can do this by casting spells, so the more you practice and battle with your magic, the more you will earn.
Some spells, however, are locked behind quests or bosses, so you’ll have to advance in the game and complete its challenges to get a hold on all of the magical abilities. Make sure to explore and do as much as you can!
