Sucrose is a 4-star character in Genshin Impact and is one of the original Anemo characters in the game. Sucrose specializes in alchemy under the leadership of Albedo, and she brings her knowledge of her craft into battle. Sucrose is an Elemental Mastery buffer, empowering damage from elemental reactions such as Vaporize and Melt. Sucrose can also provide a decent amount of crowd control, ensuring that enemies stick close together for your attacks to land. Sucrose is a great support character, so we’ll have to pair her with the best weapon possible in order to increase her efficacy. Sacrificial Fragments – The Sacrificial Fragments is a great choice for Sucrose, granting her a potential extra charge on her Elemental Skill. The additional charge allows Sucrose to better stack her Elemental Burst. The weapon also gives Sucrose a sizable amount of Elemental Mastery, which helps increase the damage of elemental reactions when you use Sucrose as an on-field character. Additionally, this 4-star weapon is accessible to most players, giving free-to-play players an ideal option that doesn’t require immense investment.

A Thousand Floating Dreams – A Thousand Floating Dreams is Nahida’s signature weapon, but this is also a great choice for Sucrose. This weapon provides a monstrous amount of Elemental Mastery, further increasing Sucrose’s ability to buff her allies and do a little bit of damage herself. This weapon can also benefit the team, as it grants them a minimum of 40 Elemental Mastery without any special conditions. While this is a 5-star weapon and difficult to obtain, this is a great option for Sucrose if you happen to have it on hand.

Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayer – If you have enough Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge on Sucrose, then you can consider equipping this weapon instead. This flexible 3-star weapon is viable on most Catalyst support characters due to its strong passive that provides an ATK buff for the next ally you switch to. This makes the Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayer a strong option if you are able to meet Sucrose’s requirements through her artifacts.

Favonius Codex – This is a weapon you use if you need to boost Sucrose’s Energy Recharge. The Favonius Codex also allows you to funnel some extra energy particles to your allies, giving it some extra utility on the side.
