How to get there

From the spaceport, head to the boss arena. You’ll see a spot with a couple of zombies and red walls.

In the room next to that, you’ll find a few more mobs and an elevator.

Inside the Black Hole Hour chamber

You can find a few items here such as Radiogardase (a module that lowers the impact of radiation damage) and the Mind Vessel O.B.

This will take you to the office building in Sohn District’s spaceport area. It’s just across the control room. There’s some loot here including a Breach Synchronizer and the Tram Activation Key.

When you’re done, head back to the Eye Codes control center. Let’s go ahead and obtain Pattern C’s rewards, though we might need to wait a bit for another Black Hole Hour to happen.
