Best build for Himeko in Honkai Star Rail: Relics, Light Cones, Eidolons and Abilities

You will have an early chance to play as Himeko on a trial basis, early in your adventure. She deals excellent AoE fire damage, which is something you can use a lot of on your journey.

To make the most of Himeko, equip Relics that improve her already strong Fire DMG output. The Firesmith of Lava-Forging is a great example, especially if you equip all four pieces. This will increase Himeko’s Fire DMG by 10% and their skill damage by 12% before applying a 12% increase to Fire DMG on the next turn. Pair that with the Inert Salsotto set to enjoy a much higher Crit Rate, as well.

The best Light Cone for Himeko is Night on the Milky Way, since it allows Himeko to thrive against large mobs, but it is also extremely rare. The Seriousness of Breakfast is somewhat more common and quite good, but it’s still not easily located. For the free-to-play approach, Data Bank is useful because it greatly improves Ultimate damage inflicted and also seems to show up quite frequently.

As you gain access to Himeko’s skills, you’ll find her Heavenly Flare ability especially welcome. It inflicts serious Fire DMG to all foes, plus it regenerates energy at a good rate if a lot of enemies fall to its effects. Even her basic move, Molten Detonation, hits multiple targets for decent damage, based on her current ATK rating. After you add Trace Ascension abilities to the mix, she can also burn her enemies and hit them harder than ever.

Eidolons allow Himeko to find enemy weak points and exploit them for more damage. Convergence hits enemies 15% harder once their HP is down to its halfway point, while the lethal Trailblaze! effect targets random foe swith more Ultimate damage.

The Fire Trailblazer character is powerful, but Himeko is an excellent alternative if you prefer to hit numerous enemies at once. If you’re fortunate enough to draw her early, don’t let her go to waste.
