Turn off the weapons in Party Animals!

If you’re a brawler purist who doesn’t like weapons interfering with who’s the best in Party Animals, then you can turn off weapons. The option is somewhat hidden, so here is how to disable weapons in Party Animals.

Note: Another feature that is somewhat hidden in Party Animals is how to play the free-for-all game mode. We have a guide to help you out!

How to turn off weapons in Party Animals

The only way to turn off weapons in Party Animals is in a Custom Game. Create a Custom Game from the main menu and you’re practically halfway there.

With your Custom Game created — it doesn’t matter the game mode — you can go into Settings and switch the Disable Weapons option to on.

Again, you can turn disable weapons on, which turns weapon spawns off, in any game mode.

There are a lot of other cool lobby settings as well. You can randomize the teams every match, disable knock-outs, and choose to reselect your character every game. One of my personal favorites is setting the maximum health to 1% so everybody turns into One Punch Man.

I personally love weapons in Party Animals. I think they are really funny and add a certain flavor to Party Animals that other brawlers, like Gang Beasts, don’t have. However, I totally get disabling weapons as well because there are a few weapons that are insanely powerful.

I could easily see streamers hosting Party Animals fight tournaments with weapons disabled. If Party Animals does get any kind of professional scene, you know it’s gonna be weapons disabled.

I hope you enjoy your weaponless matches in Party Animals. Another feature that isn’t explained well in Party Animals is how to emote. If you want to celebrate your win (or your tragic defeat), you need to learn how to emote in Party Animals.
