Not as innocent as you think.

Lethal Company v50’s new dangerous enemy is the Butler. Although he looks pretty tame at first while sweeping the floor, he can quickly pull out a knife to stab you. Here’s how to find and beat the Butler in Lethal Company.

Lethal Company: Where to find and beat the Butler

The Butler is a brand new enemy with Lethal Company v50. If you’re currently playing the beta, you may run into this creature, or even a dozen of them at once. You can find the Butler in the Mansion, which is a facility interior that can spawn on maps like Dine, Rend, Artifice, and Adamance.

You have a much higher chance of getting the Mansion map in Dine, so I recommend you go there if you want to check out this enemy. Typically, you’ll find more than just one Butler in the area, I always saw at least two or four at one time.

The Butler can either be in a passive or aggressive state. When they’re passive, they’ll be sweeping the floors and not attacking any players. But if they’re in an aggressive state they’ll pull out a knife and start to chase players. They’ll typically only start to attack you if you’re alone, so make sure to have a friend nearby to keep them in their passive state.

You can beat the Butler just by whacking it a few times with a weapon like a stop sign. After a few hits, the Butler will start to inflate, leading them to explode. As soon as you see them enlarge, run away, because the blast can hurt you.

What’s even worse is what comes out of them. After they burst, a group of angry hornets will come out and start to chase you. Luckily, you can grab the knife on the ground that the Butler dropped. This is a great weapon that can attack quickly. Although it can hurt almost all enemies, it won’t deal damage to Bunker Spiders or Thumpers.

That’s all it takes to defeat the Butler in Lethal Company! Now you can feel a little safer taking this enemy on, but do you know enough about the three new moons in v50?
