Since Madden made its way onto PC back in 2019, the long-running sports franchise gained even more popularity. Madden 24: How to fix Superstar Mode not working

Before we go into depth, note that Madden 24 is in early access with the full release coming out on August 18th. This means many features may be absent during the trial period. But Superstar mode is a mechanic that’s in the early access of the game. Luckily, there are a few ways to fix Superstar Mode in Madden 24 to have it working again.

• Restarting the game – I’d recommend doing this step first before the others. Because when you restart the game, everything resets, resulting in Superstar showing up. 
• Check the EA server status – Many errors relate to EA’s server’s being down such as Error Code 721. To check if the publisher’s servers are acting up, simply check the server for the respective platform you’re using. 
• Make sure you’re connected to the internet – You may have already done this since this is the go-to step. But doing this may even solve the issue once and for all.
  
• Update Madden 24 – The Superstar mode could be behind a patch. To update Madden 24 just launch the game and the option should be in the main menu.
