While exploring the facilities in different moons, you will often face obstructions by locked doors. While you can find a key for each door somewhere inside the facility, there is an easier way to unlock these doors. The Lockpicker item in Lethal Company can be used to unlock any door at any facility on any moon. The Lockpicker is also relatively cheap and will cost you only 20 credits.

It can be used on password-protected doors and traditional door locks as well. The best thing about Lockpicker is that it can be used on multiple keys, unlike the keys that you will find as scrap inside the facilities. However, compared to the weight, the Lockpicker is way heavier than normal keys. The Lockpicker weighs 16 pounds, which makes the player move a lot slower than usual.

One more disadvantage that the Lockpicker has is the amount of time it takes to unlock each door. To unlock each door in Lethal Company, the Lockpicker takes 30 seconds. While this might not seem like a long time, it can bring you enough trouble if you are already being chased by an enemy. So, it is recommended to use the Lockpicker only when you know that you are completely safe in the area.

Despite the disadvantages, the Lockpicker can be one of the most beneficial tools in Lethal Company. The lockpicker makes the whole looting process a lot easier by unlocking important doors, giving the players access to more lucrative loot. When used correctly, the Lockpicker can be called one of the best items in Lethal Company.
