If you’ve kept up with the story from Hades to Hades 2, you’ll know that Melinoe’s mother, Persephone, is a talented gardener. As such, it makes sense that Melinoe has a green hand when it comes to plants. There are even places in The Crossroads that allow you to plant seeds and harvest some unique greenery.

But to start farming for some plants, you’ll need to cast the Flourishing Soil Incantation. You’ll be able to grab this Incantation early on, and it only costs one Moly flower. Performing the spell gives you two plots of soil to plant seeds in, and you have the chance to grab two more plots for a total of four.

Planting seeds is the easy part, as once you have any plants, head over to the plots of land next to the entrance of the Training Grounds. Press A on an empty space, and you’ll be able to choose between all the seeds you have in your inventory. Seeds will bloom once you have completed a certain amount of encounters while playing Hades 2.

I first got a Nightshade seed and once I planted it I had to complete five encounters in a run before I could harvest the plant. But now that you know how to plant seeds, let’s take a look at all the plant options you have.

So far, players have found a total of eight plant seeds that you can use to your advantage in Hades 2. Some of these seeds can help you perform Incantations like calling the Three Fates.
