I saw people online struggling with the update. If you find yourself not seeing the update, select the game and go to properties. Here, you can select manual update, and you should start downloading the Sins of the Flesh update.

Once the update has been installed, launch Cult of the Lamb. It won’t be apparent right away, but rest assured knowing you’ve started the Sins of the Flesh update. You can start a new game to experience all the Sins of the Flesh content along with the original Cult of the Lamb content. Or, you can load up an old game and sink your teeth right into the Sins of the Flesh content.
