Once you jump into Gigantic for the first time, you’ll quickly realize that not all the Heroes are available from the start. Here’s how to unlock every Hero in Gigantic.
Gigantic: How to unlock all Heroes
This PvP hero shooter brings along 25 Heroes that fans of the original game from 2017 will remember. Unfortunately, they’re not all available from the get-go. How you can unlock every Hero in Gigantic is by earning Hero Tickets to purchase them.
Abstraction Games promised that there will be no microtransactions in Gigantic, and the game is just a one-time purchase. This means that you don’t have to pay to unlock any of the locked Heroes in Gigantic. If you check out the list of Heroes you’ll notice that only nine are locked. If you try to click on one and purchase them it’ll ask you for one Hero Ticket.
So how can you get Hero Tickets? These are available rewards for playing Gigantic. Until we have further details on the specifics of this, we only know so far that you can earn Hero Tickets by playing matches in this game. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Hero Tickets are available rewards from Fortunes. Fortunes can earn you Crowns and XP, but not Hero Tickets.
Since there are no microtransactions to worry about, just enjoy playing Gigantic as any of the 16 available Heroes and you’ll soon accumulate enough Hero Tickets to unlock the other nine. We’re not yet sure if you have to reach a certain level or achieve a specific goal to earn a Hero Ticket, perhaps it’s just random.
We’ll just have to wait and see once more players get the chance to play Gigantic. Since there are more available Heroes than locked ones, I don’t think you’ll struggle to find a character you like, such as Lord Knossos or Beckett.
