Weapons are the name of the game when facing Zombies in You Will Die Here Tonight, and few pack as hard a punch as the Magnum. However, the riddle to getting it unlocked is a rather complex one.
Solving the Magnum riddle in You Will Die Here Tonight
This puzzle had me scratching my head a lot more than some of the others. It is cryptic, to say the least. To solve the riddle and unlock the gun in You Will Die Here Tonight, you will need to rearrange the mounted animal heads to the right of the Magnum. Put them in this order from left to right.
- Moose
- Rhino
- Ram
- Lion
Once you have arranged the heads, take a step back, and you will be able to approach the Magnum. Now that you have completed the Magnum Puzzle, you will always have it in your arsenal in You Will Die Here Tonight.
Unlocking the riddle
When looking at the Magnum, you will be faced with a riddle. It reads: “Horns before ears, Skin before sheers, Sticks before spears.” I’m not going to lie; this had me guessing for far longer than I care to admit. However, with some trial and error (and a lot of frustration), the Magnum riddle all made sense.
The various clues refer to the main traits of each of the animals. Horns refer to all the horned animals. Skin talks about the thickness of Rhino skin, and the sticks and sheers refer to the ram’s horns over claws. Well, that’s how I interpreted it, anyway.
The Magnum
This gun is a serious upgrade to your arsenal. It has a huge recoil, lowering the speed of firing, but it deals massive damage. It is great for picking off those more dangerous zombies out there, which would usually take a few shots with the pistol.
However, be aware that Magnum ammo in You Will Die Here Tonight is scarce, so use it carefully.
