In Persona 3 Reload you can engage in Dorm hangout activities with your party members, and they all have different rewards for participating in them.
While I thought Dorm activities would give me minimal rewards, there are actually some pretty good buffs and items you can get from them.
All Dorm hangout activities and rewards in Persona 3 Reload
Upon reaching 6/16, you’ll unlock the ability to hang out with your dormmates and engage in unique activities. You’ll receive various rewards depending on which activity you choose and who you spend time with. There are four activities you can participate in:

You’ll know who wants to hang out when you’re in the dorm and you spot that blue smile icon above their head. Another important thing to note is the fact that hanging out with someone three times will reward you with a passive buff.
Once you hang out with someone three times, you’ll unlock a passive buff that’ll affect them during combat in Tartarus:

| Junpei | Critical Boost: Improves critical rate and critical hit strength. |
| Mitsuru | Ailment Burst: Increases critical rate against foes with ailments. |
| Akihiko | Buff Boost: Enhances effects of buffs to himself. |
| Fuuka | Weakness Buffer: When an ally’s weakness gets hit, the damage is reduced. |
| Koromaru | Auto Sukunda: For three turns when a battle begins, lowers evasion/accuracy of a foe. |
| Aigis | Phys Boost: Enhances physical skills. |
| Shinjiro | Auto Bolster: Boosts defense and attack at the start of combat. |
| Ken | Spirit Refresh: Recovers 5 SP automatically upon each turn during combat. |
Since the game doesn’t really warn you about the benefits of these Dorm hangouts, this is a PSA to at least do three per character. This will give you important buffs permanently, while you can also receive more food crops, and increase Social Stats and food consumables.
