Theurgy abilities will unlock for all current characters by 6/13, allowing them and their Personas to work in tandem to inflict high amounts of damage or aid the party in some way. How you can unlock all Theurgy abilities in Persona 3 Reload is by unlocking Ultimate Personas and progressing through the game.

The main protagonist has his own array of Theurgy abilities, while your other party members will have two.
