Once you give the Gourmet King the correct answers to his quiz, you can begin the Moon Social Link, which has even more dialogue choices as outlined in this Persona 3 Reload guide.
You can earn additional Social Link points to reach the maximum rank depending on what you say during rank-ups. This will earn you a nice reward, so continue reading to find the correct answers.
Moon (Gourmet King) Social Link answers guide in Persona 3 Reload
You can unlock the Moon Social Link by getting to Rank 3 of the Magician Social Link and reaching level two Charm. During your rank-up to Rank 3, Kenji will mention the Gourmet King who you’ll begin to see hanging out in Paulownia Mall during the daytime. Once you’ve completed that, you’ll have the chance to hang out with Nozomi Suemitsu who’d rather go by the Gourmet King. As a note, you’ll gain additional EXP if you have a Persona with the Moon Arcana in your possession while ranking up on this Social Link.

Moon (Gourmet King) Social Link rewards
As a reward for reaching max Rank in this Moon Social Link, you’ll receive a Gourmet License. This will allow you to create the Ultimate Persona Sandalphon. If you’re interested in creating more Ultimate Personas, you should try maxing out on the Chariot Social Link as well!
