Pokemon GO Ticket of Treats – All dates, Timed Research, and rewards

Who doesn't love spooky Pokemon?

October is the Spooky Season for multiple games, and that rings true for Pokemon GO as well. ‘Ticket of Treats’ is a premium event that grants Trainers access to 4 exclusive Timed Researches. These Research tasks unlock each week, so if you’re interested, it makes sense to join early. But is it worth it? That’s up to you, but I can show you what’s on offer and you can decide. Here’s what’s going on in the Pokemon Go Ticket of Treats – All dates, Timed Research, and rewards.

If you decide to participate in the Ticket of Treats event, you’ll immediately earn 1.5X additional XP to your first catch of the day. You’ll also receive a 1.5X extra Stardust for that initial catch. This bonus is live every day until October 31.

The Timed Research isn’t live at the time of writing, so we can’t go through the tasks. However, we can show you the rewards when each part of the Research goes live.

Is the Ticket of Treats worth it?

For many hardcore players, the event is worth it for the Timed Research alone as, let’s face it, who doesn’t like completing objectives? The Ticket of Treats is far cheaper than buying each item. The Incubators, Lure, and Premium Battle Passes are almost double the cost of the Ticket of Treats. The maths may be a little off as items are purchasable with Poke Coins, but it’s close enough.

How do I Purchase the Ticket of Treats?

As the Ticket of Treats is a Global Event, you can purchase it from the in-game shop. It’s right at the top, so you can’t miss it. Even if you buy the Ticket late, you can still complete each weekly Timed Research retroactively.
