Many hours of my life have been spent hunting all the dungeons and crypts in Diablo 4. Hours I will probably never get back. Some of these dungeons are immediately obvious, just popping up on the map as they pass. The completionist in me wants to ensure I get all the renowned and areas to 100%, so finding them all is important. It took me a while to find the Shadowed Plunge dungeon in Diablo 4, but I located it with a bit of work.
Where to find the Shadowed Plunge dungeon in Diablo 4

The Shadowed Plunge dungeon in Diablo 4 won’t make itself immediately apparent. It is hidden way down in the depths of Hawezar, in the South-East of the map. The closest teleport location is Vyeres, which may be hard to reach. The second closest location would be Zarbinzet which is much easier to get to.
Shadowed Pluge Dungeon is located in a Stronghold, so it will not show up until the area is cleared. Vyeres Stronghold is a coven of Snake Cultists, all dedicated to ensuring you do not unlock the teleport location or the dungeon. The Shadowed Plunge dungeon is locked behind gates that will open once the Stronghold is completed. This is no easy Stronghold, so make sure you come ready for a fight.
Shadowed Plunge walkthrough
Upon entering the dungeon, you will have to free seven prisoners. These prisoners are clearly marked on your map as you make your way through the cavern. Each prisoner shows up as a white marker. Then, make your way through the mist barrier into the next area. Here you shall have to eliminate hordes of enemies that must be killed to move on to the next stage. Next, travel to the egg incubation chambers. Finally, you will have to destroy the three Wards of Eyes, each guarded by hoards of enemies. Like the prisoners, they are just off the main path and marked with white markers. They are easy to destroy, but the enemies will pose a challenge. The dungeon is relatively straightforward, but finding and getting access to it is not.
Upon completing the dungeon, you will be rewarded with the Aspect of Branching Volleys, an Aspect that improves the Rogues Barrage skill.
