Mining is far from a monotonous endeavor in Enshrouded. Almost every time, the path to the mines will be filled with challenges and foes you will get to take care of first, so be prepared! Here is where to find Tin in Enshrouded.
Enshrouded: Where to find Tin
Tin Ore is one of the most rare resources in the game. Tin veins are only found in one specific area on the map: the Nomad Highlands. If you’re just starting, the Nomad Highlands are extremely far from your initial spawn point. Also, it is a particularly difficult area filled with enemies, especially around the mining spots in the area. Don’t worry though, you will be prepared to face this once you need Tin organically in the game throughout your progression.
Once you do need Tin in Enshrouded, you will have to head to the Nomad Highlands and focus your attention on two specific spots. The most obvious of the bunch is the Mining Rift, which is just south of a Shroud Root you should probably take care of as well. The other spot across the Nomad Highlands is just north of the Cradde of Dust enemy camp. You will find Tin ore in the Shroud Root cave. As a tip for players just starting the game, be sure to check out these Shroud Root caves since they usually carry chests filled with loot, enemies you can use to farm XP, and, of course, mines.
Now that you have your Tin ore in your Backpack, use it to craft and improve your weapons and gears as well as your base objects. Continuously improve your character so that zones like the Nomad Highlands don’t pose a huge threat to you and your crafting dreams.
