Maxis and EA have released a new Darkspore trailer, featuring a little bit of creature customisation and a dash of combat, directing people towards beta sign-ups for the action-RPG-with-a-hint-of-Spore.
The timing of this is a little confusing, as it seems Darkspore is currently in closed beta. At least, that’s what the official site says when you try to sign up. There is, though, another button to click, which allows you to enter your details to express an interest in a forthcoming public beta. The date of this later beta is not revealed.
