Aoineko’s 3D RPG Kitaru launches Kickstarter

Aoineko Studios has just launched their Kickstarter project for their episodic 3D RPG Kitaru which will be available on iOS, Android, Mac, and PC.
According to Aoineko, Kitaru is trying to break the mold of traditinal RPG storytelling and promisess third-preson action peppered with post modern storytelling, humor, and entertaining pop culture.
The game and has been in development for more than five years and award winning artist Ben Steele of 2005’s Fragile Machine has created the fantasy world of Kitaru which we have to admit looks pretty amazing based on the artwork and trailer.
“We are excited to offer the first episodic mobile game of its kind. The quality of the graphics and the environments found within Kitaru is at a level not yet achieved on these platforms. This game is being built differently, as hardcore gamers want to see, rather than for studio executives that are looking for easy and safe marketing.” added Ben Steele.
If this looks intersting then check out the Kickstarter page where you can find the trailer and also details o the project and the supporter plans.
