Blazkowicz goes browser for Wolfenstein 3D anniversary

Do you know your videogame history? Right then, a quick summary: although not strictly speaking the absolute very first ‘3D first person shooter’, id Software’s Wolfenstein 3D certainly brought it to the masses and popularised the genre.
That was 20 years ago. In honour of this fine title, Bethesda and id have put together a tech-tastic HTML 5 version that runs in a browser (assuming you have Firefox 10, Chrome 16, Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5, or better). Relive the adventures of B.J. Blazkowicz and shoot a bunch of Nazis. Just watch out for robo-Hitler.
For more on the development of Wolfenstein 3D, take a look at our interview with Tom Hall from a couple of years back.
