Perfect World Entertainment has announced that the open beta for its free to play MMO, Ether Saga Online, has officially opened.
Any characters created in the open beta will be permanent and will be present after the game goes live. PWE has also released a trailer for the game.

Ether Saga Online is an animé style MMO based on the classic Chinese book, Journey to the West.
