In this month’s video round-up of exclusive narrated video, IncGamers Plays tries out a variety of transportation. From massive sea-bound carriers, to Japanese rail services, and even a set of weird and wonderful alternative universe American Civil War vehicles, a lot of these games put us behind the wheel.
Elsewhere, the titles took us to fantasy realms of varying hues and indie developers Arcen Games returned with a new release. Read on for every single IncGamers Plays video from April.

Cyanide tried their hand at another tabletop game conversion with Confrontation, which proved to be a mixed experience. Here, I take you through one of the opening levels in the game and demonstrate the stop-start tactical combat.

Something rather terrible happened with the release of Gettysburg: Armored Warfare. Pushed out into the world far too soon, this attempted multiplayer FPS/RTS hybrid simply didn’t do what it was supposed to. Tim did his best to capture one or two … oddities from the release code.

Bohemia Interactive’s Carrier Command: Gaea Mission should stir up some memories amongst those of you old enough to remember the original. Those who never played the 1988 title should still take a look at this footage from the beta though, as it’s a game that hasn’t dulled with age.

Trains. They can be baffling sometimes. That was certainly the case with The Train Giant, the western release of Japan’s A-Train 9; a game which made only the most minimal of effort to inform the player how to … well … play it. Nonetheless, I gave it a try.

Arcen Games return with a rather strange 2D sidescrolling platform-and-shoot-and-then-craft-em-up named A Valley Without Wind. Battling through the bizarre art direction is a weirdly compelling game, but you need to be at peace with the visuals to find it.

The subtle differences between skeletons and skellingtons are discussed as Tim does battle against the dastardly King Rat in this footage from preview code of the Civilization-esque Warlock: Master of the Arcane.
That’s your lot for April, but stick around through May for even more narrated video goodness. You may also want to delve into the IncGamers vidcast/podcast archives for more audio-visual gaming views.
