It’s been a long time coming but Grinding Gear Games’ ARPG Path of Exile has now landed on Steam prior to its launch.

Last week GGG revealed their plans for launch which included the new Scion class, new trigger gems, PvP CTF modes and guild features and more. As part of their feature reveal they also announced the game would be coming to Steam which will likely include Steam achievements if the team can get them ready for launch.

The game is not available right now on Steam so if you are playing it before launch in the beta, continue to use GGG’s own client. Once the game launches on the 23 October then you could effectively make the switch and you would still have access to the same account and characters as before.

Check out the Steam page now and then make the switch once the game launches if you so desire.
