Today shareholders have overwhelming approved a takeover of Eidos by Square Enix.Eighty five percent of Eidos’ voting shareholders today approved the deal with only one percent opposing the takeover. No further details have emerged with regards to Eidos’ franchises such as Tomb Raider, but the takeover will conclude some time in April when Eidos will come under the control of Square Enix.Source: Wired
