Star Citizen

In September a new reality TV show called Cast Me will be aired and Star Citizen will be making an appearance.

The premise of the show is for aspiring actors to get their big break by taking part in auditions.  According to the Hollywood Reporter, the contestants will be judged by casting company DK Casting co-owners David Kang and Becky Wu, former Australia’s Biggest Loser, host Ajay Rochester and casting director German Legarreta. We’ve obviously never heard of any of these judges but we’ll assume they’re qualified to judge the talent.

According to the entry on IMDB, the first episode of the show called “Video Games & Cheerleading Dames” will feature “casting for the hit video game Squadron 42”. The description is going a bit far calling it a “hit” as it’s not even been released yet.

If anything, it will be worth watching to see a little more of what’s going on behind the scenes with the development of Squadron 42 which appears to be well behind schedule.

The show will air on 20 September on Myx TV.
