Ubisoft to release Watch Dogs 2 and new AAA IP

Ubisoft have just released their end of year financials which includes a few hints of what’s coming up from the publisher.

Looking ahead to financial year 17, Ubisoft have highlighted some key franchises that will get new releases and this includes Watch Dogs, South Park, Ghost Recon, For Honor and a mysterious new AAA IP.

We already know about most of these but it’s good to see Watch Dogs 2 on the list following their demonstration at GDC back in March. A new AAA IP is also incoming but what that could be is unknown. We’ll more than likely have to wait until E3 for more news on this new IP.
