The crowdfunding incentive is access to the closed alpha test as well as few extra rewards and the alpha test will also get underway on 13 April.

This game shoves players into 60 vs 60 battles on a map that’s 25Km² with all the usual battle royale features such as loot and a variety of weapons. A spokesperson from Vulkan added, “We are thrilled to finally announce the date of the Closed Alpha launch. The last couple of weeks we made internal tests to assure that all players have the best possible launch experience.”

There are three tiers that can be backed and all give access to the alpha test next month.

Tier 1 – $19.99

  • Digital Edition of the Game
  • Closed Alpha Access
  • Unique Blue Robot Skin
    AVAILABLE IN EARLY ACCESS
  • Backer Discord Role
    OPTIONAL

Tier 2 – $29.99

  • Digital Edition of the Game
  • Closed Alpha Access
  • 2 Unique Robot Skins
    (Black & Blue)
    AVAILABLE IN EARLY ACCESS
  • Backer Discord Role
    OPTIONAL

Tier 3 – $59.99

There’s no doubt Proxima Royale looks visually impressive but whether it will succeed in the ever more competitive battle royale scene remains to be seen. Potential backers can now buy in via the official website.
