Many fans have been eagerly anticipating the upcoming Playstation 3 exclusive The Last Guardian. With E3 having come and gone with no mention of the game whatsoever gamers started to get concerned, with many suspecting that the game may have been cancelled.
This is not the case, but unfortunately it’s not really great news either, Sony Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida stated that:
“There are some technical issues being addressed, There’s not much to show what it looks like. At this period of time we are unable to give an update, but the game is still in development.”
With nothing to show the game is likely still quite a long way from anything that resembles completion, and the wait could still be very long.
