Square Enix Collective, Square Enix’s very own crowdfunding platform, announced a new first-person puzzle game to be released on Steam. The Turing Test will be developed by Bulkhead Interactive and released in August. Howard Philpott, Creative Producer at Bulkhead Interactive, had this to say on the partnership and future title:

We’re big fans of the platform that Square Enix® has created in Collective. We’re excited to be a part of Square Enix’s plans for the future of the industry. For us at Bulkhead they’ve opened many doors that wouldn’t have been accessible to us without their connections or years of experience in publishing games. They’ve given us the opportunity to make The Turing Test a more solid, polished, and ultimately an all-round better game.

The Turing Test puts you in the position of Ava Turing, an engineer of the International Space Agency. You will take Ava through mind-bending puzzles as she tries to uncover details of the research base on Jupiter’s moon, Europa.

Bulkhead Interactive will be developing the title inside of Unreal Engine 4. This release will proceed the release of their successful Kickstarter title, Battalion 1944, which is slotted to release in 2017.
