You probably remember our post from last month about MercurySteam and their upcoming title. Except for a few pictures and an official website, we did not really knew anything about it.
It seems that the time has come to reveal their new project and the game will be called Raiders of the Broken Planet. Compared to their previous offerings based on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, their new title will be the first one to be published by MercurySteam itself. No Konami, no other publisher involved in this project at all.
Raiders of the Broken Planet will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One and it’s an online asymmetric adventure game that takes place in a galaxy far away from earth.
Players will have to stop an evil alien race who tries to conquer the whole galaxy through the secret powers of Aleph. We will hear more about the game in the coming months and it will be really interesting to watch how MercurySteam will hold up its own as a developer and publisher for Raiders of the Broken Planet.
