A fan has recreated San Andreas from the GTA games using Cities Skylines.

The demand for simulation city games seems very much alive and well. As you can see in the pics below, the mod covers Los Santos, the setting for GTA 5 and Online, as well as Palomino and Sandy Shores. Maybe you can even clean up Trevor’s part of the woods just enough so more folks there have options than entering a life of crime.
