Steam Hits 9 Million Concurrent Users

Steam has reached the 9 million concurrent user landmark.

To be specific, 9,068,777 people logged into play last March 15. DOTA 2 drove most of that peak with 898,000 users, followed by CS:GO with 596,000 users, but really, that roughly adds up to a little less than 16 % of the users that day, so there’s certainly a lot of diversity in the games played in the service.
