April is here and Blizzard decided to clarify all the important dates regarding BlizzCon. The well-known annual convention will take place on November 4-5 this year at Anaheim Convention Center in California and Ticket Sales will start on April 20 (7 p.m. PT) and April 23 (10 a.m. PT). Tickets will cost $199 plus taxes and fees and you can read all the important information regarding sales on Blizzard’s advance ticket sales page.
Like in the previous years before, Blizzard will hold a pre-convention charity dinner to benefit the Children’s Hopsital of Orange County. Tickets for the dinner will be sold at $750 and will go on sale on April 27 at 7 p.m. PT.
There is also the option to purchase Blizzcon’s virtual ticket too, for people who can’t attend the show and want to watch it streamed online, but the details about the virtual tickets will be announced in the near future.
This year’s BlizzCon will be home to the 2016 Hearthstone World Championship, 2016 StarCraft 2 World Championship Series, 2016 World of Warcraft Arena, World Championship Heroes of the Storm Fall Championship and many more.
Except for the usual showing of the best players in eSports, many franchises for Blizzard will already been released on the market (Overwatch, the new Warcraft movie etc), so it this year’s event will be very interesting for a lot of reasons.
