Bit late: BIT.TRIP FATE dances its way onto PC

Another entry in Gaijin Games’ caps-happy BIT.TRIP series has marched onto PC, and this one – named BIT.TRIP FATE, and yes the capitals are essential – looks a bit like an auto-scrolling twin-stick shooter with bullet hell tendencies. And a hefty focus on music and audio design, obviously. I mean, this is a BIT.TRIP game.

Better still: you remember how there’s that little Steam sale thing going on? Welp, the game is 50% off until the end of the sale, making it a mere £3.49.

BIT.TRIP FATE was first released on WiiWare back in 2010 and wound up hitting the 3DS shortly afterwards, so this is perhaps a little delayed… but considering the price I’m not going to complain too much.

In related news, the marvellous BIT.TRIP Presents… Runner 2 is currently 50% in a flash sale on Steam. If you like the series, that game is absolutely worth £5.99.
