SteelSeries has announced that its high-spec gaming mouse, designed specifically for World of Warcraft in cooperation with Blizzard Entertainment, received some new features in WoW’s last patch, 3.2.2.Users can now look forward to these features; The game now recognizes the mouse as its own unique peripheral and distinguishes each of its 15 buttons as unique mouse buttons. Players can also set their in-game key binds to be saved per character, giving them the possibility to have unique mouse button configurations for each of their toons. The response time of actions has been improved too, because there is no need for added software or drivers since the update. The original features include up to 16 million illumination combinations with four levels of intensity and pulsation, up to ten profiles each with a unique illumination scheme, and 15 programmable buttons with over 130 preset game commands. You can pick this mouse up for around £68 GBP from Amazon, or players in the US can take advantage of the special offer from Best Buy and get it for as little as $69.99 USD.Keep an eye out for our upcoming review on this MMO-tastic piece of kit, but in the mean time, visit the official site to find out more.
