Kane & Lynch 2 Gets Trademark, Subtitle

A trademark for Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days has been spotted.
Perennial trademark-watcher Superannuation picked up on this trademark, and noted that Eidos also trademarked Fragile Alliance, which you might remember as being the multiplayer mode of the first Kane & Lynch game.
We’ve known for awhile that Kane & Lynch 2 was in the works, but there’s been little in the way of anything official, so let’s get the rumour mills started. Is “Dog Days” likely to mean that we can expect a game set during sweltering hot days around July, or is Lynch going for a sex change?
