Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta Screenshots Crash Land

The first screenshots of forthcoming Fallout 3 DLC pack Mothership Zeta have crash landed onto IncGamers.Mothership Zeta, scheduled to launch (okay, we’ll stop with the puns) next month, takes Fallout into the space age (really, this time.) A strange signal is echoing through the Capital Wasteland, emanating from a crashed spaceship, and before long you find yourself beamed aboard a rather active alien spacecraft.Escaping from the aliens will involve fighting your way to the bridge and uncovering their presumably evil plan, and you’ll have plenty of stuff to assist you. Expect new weapons like the Alien Atomizer, Alien Disintegrator, and Drone Cannon, as well as armour like a Gemini-Era Spacesuit and Samurai Armor. We wonder whether time travel might play some role considering the above two armour types, as well as a mention that you’ll ally with “an unexpected array of characters, both from the Capital Wasteland and from Earth’s past.”Or maybe it just turns out that Elvis was abducted after all, and has been cryogenically frozen. We’ll find out when Mothership Zeta makes contact with Xbox LIVE (sorry.)The screenshots follow:
