There are clues all around the room to help you, just like the Gift Shop safe puzzle, but the puzzle can still be quite difficult if you don’t know how to connect everything. Well, make sure to collect all the clues around the room. Doing this during puzzles can help Saga put everything together on her Case Board, which can then tell you how to solve it. You’ll find evidence around the room that someone named Blum was recently accepted to be a part of the Cult of the Tree.

The date on the letter is used in European format, so you know the day comes before the month. Another piece of paper inside a drawer says the Cult accepted Blum the day after the next new moon. Then stroll over to the corkboard with the calendar. Since we know it was in August, you can see that the day after the new moon is August 17, 2023.

With all this information in mind, you can then head over to the computer and type in 170823, which is the European way of writing numbered dates. Voila, you unlocked the PC, and you can continue playing Alan Wake 2!
