Best 9mm Daemon Build for Warzone 2 DMZ

A punchy pistol that's well worth building.

Season 5 Reloaded has spiced up Warzone, DMZ, and MW2, adding new maps, missions, and weapons. The Lachmann Shroud SMG is the gun getting all the attention right now, but don’t sleep on the new pistol. If you build it correctly, the 9mm Daemon is an excellent addition to the secondary arsenal. But how do you do that? Let me show you the best 9MM Daemon Build for Warzone 2, DMZ, and MW2. If you want a build for the Lachmann Shroud, we also have a guide for that.

The 9MM Daemon is incredibly punchy for a pistol and can delete players at a decent range. With the right Trigger Action Attachment, we can increase its rate of fire. If you’re accurate with semi-auto guns, there’s a lot to enjoy here.

9MM Daemon Attachments

  • Muzzle: FT Steel Fire
  • Laser: Series 710 Pistol Laser
  • Trigger Action: Rapid 30 Trigger
  • Magazine: 26 Round Mag
  • Optic: SZ Mini

The FT Steel Fire Muzzle gives us a ton of buffs that really make the 9MM Daemon shine. Sound Suppression is always nice, but this Muzzle Attachment also increases Damage Range and Bullet Velocity. Bullet Velocity is often overlooked on a sidearm, but this weapon can knock out players at range, and the increase definitely helps.

I’m usually a fan of visible lasers for their increased benefits, but I enjoy not being seen with the 9mm Daemon. The Series 710 Pistol Laser gives extra Aim Stability without lighting you up like a Christmas tree. The 1MW Pistol Laser and FJX Diod-70 give better handling benefits at the cost of visibility.

The Rapid 30 grants a faster rate of fire, provided you can pull the trigger fast enough. This attachment increases our fire rate by up to 84rpm. This increase means even if we have to panic-fire, we can win gunfights up close.

I feel like a broken record, as I always recommend big magazines, but they really do make a difference. An extended Magazine with 26 rounds means we can engage multiple targets, and the situation is still salvageable if we miss. Combined with the Trigger Action, the 9mm Daemon can kick out a deceptive amount of damage in no time at all.

Finally, the Optic is a personal preference. The SZ Mini is a nice, simple Optic, but go with your favorite here. If you don’t need a sight, the SGT Grip gives a little extra ADS Speed and faster Sprint to Fire Speed.

Should I use the 9MM Daemon?

The 9MM Daemon is a welcome change from the more recent fully automatic secondary weapons like the FTAC Siege. This weapon rewards a skilled hand and certainly kicks out enough damage to stand tall against other guns in the class.
