Balanced party

  • Main character
  • Yukari
  • Akihiko
  • Aigis

For a well-balanced team, you’ll want to add Yukari for Wind damage, heals, and debuffs towards the enemy team. Then there’s Akihiko, who can instead buff your team, all while dealing Electric and Strike damage.

Aigis is there to provide plenty of buffs alongside both Pierce and Strike damage. Meanwhile, your main character will deal plenty of other useful elemental damage, as well as buffs and debuffs if needed. You can also provide Slash damage for the team.

Elemental damage

  • Main character
  • Ken
  • Mitsuru
  • Koromaru

If you want to deal the best amount of Magical and elemental damage, go for this team. Ken will provide a great deal of Light and Pierce damage alongside his healing. Mitsuru can dish out Ice and Slash damage, but she’s also known for her incredible debuffs and status ailments to inflict upon enemies.

Koromaru is here to deal both Dark and Fire damage, but he can also buff the party and deal Slash damage. If you want to switch Koromaru out for someone to deal Strike damage if needed, go for Akihiko, but I’d just have your main character use a Persona that can deal Strike damage.

Physical damage

  • Main character
  • Junpei
  • Shinjiro
  • Aigis

This crew is great for bosses who are resistant to Magical damage but are open to Physical attacks. Junpei is a hard-hitter when it comes to Slash and Fire damage, but he’ll also learn skills to deal Pierce damage. Shinjiro strictly dishes out Physical damage using Slash and Strike damage, alongside a few debuffs.

Then there’s Aigis who can inflict Pierce and Strike damage. She also comes with a healing skill and an array of buffs. Your main protagonist is here to help with elemental damage if required, but you can also obtain Personas with excellent Physical attacks.

Heavy healers

  • Main character
  • Ken
  • Aigis
  • Yukari

If you’re facing a boss that you know deals a heavy amount of damage, you could counter them with a defensive, healing-focused party. Ken has a Theurgy ability that can revive and heal your party, but he also knows plenty of healing skills. Aigis has the least amount of healing abilities, but she still provides Pierce and Strike damage, alongside party buffs.

Then you have Yukari who is one of the best healers in Persona 3 Reload. She can heal, revive, cure ailments, and inflict Pierce and Wind damage. Your main character can provide any other Magical and Physical damage required.

Buffers and debuffers

  • Main character
  • Mitsuru
  • Aigis
  • Akihiko

Finally, this is a party that can focus on essential buffs and debuffs. Mitsuru has plenty of skills to inflict status ailments on the enemy team, alongside a few debuffs. Aigis is there to provide an array of buffs for the party and has a skill for healing.

Akihiko also has some debuff and buff skills but is the main target for buffs to inflict high Electric and Strike damage to foes. Your main character can be there as a healer or an additional buffer/debuffer depending on your Personas. You can also be a target for buffs if you have some great damage skills.
