There are a plethora of Supply Drop rewards, also known as Artifacts. We only know so far about these ones, although there are plenty more that are unlockable:

ArtifactAbility
Ammo Rig+50% Fire Rate, but -15% Movement Speed.
Barlet Bulb JuiceGet a +5% Movement Speed buff for three seconds when standing still. Can stack up to five times.
BLT Ration Pack+70 Max HP and +2 Life Regen.
BRN Shield BeltWhen you take damage, a ring of fire explodes around you burning and damaging enemies nearby. Has a 30 second cooldown.
Clipboard of GrudgesGain XP whenever you take damage.
FRZ Shield BeltWhen you take damage, slows and knocks back nearby enemies. Has a 30 second cooldown.
Gold ScannerThere is a small chance to find Gold when mining.
Gold-Tipped BulletsIncreases your damage by 1% for every five Gold you have.
Nitra ScannerThere is a small chance to find Nitra when mining.
Nitragenic PowderIncreases your Critical Chance by 0.5% for every Nitra you have.
Pickled NitraIncreases your damage by 2%, but decreases your Movement Speed by 0.5% for every Nitra you have.
Popup TripodIncreases your Fire Rate by 2% and Reload Speed by 2% for two seconds while standing still. Can stack up to 10 times.
Red Sugar CubeCollecting Red Sugar increases Max HP by 2 .
Reflex CalibratorIncreases your Dodge Chance when taking damage.
Squint-EE5+30% Critical Chance, +100% Critical Damage, but -30% damage.
Vita-Miner PillsIncreases the healing granted upon leveling up.
XP ScannerThere is a small chance to find XP when mining.

All these drops are helpful, but in my experience, the XP Scanner is the best. More XP means you level up faster and gain access to rewards quicker. This is also advice mainly for the early game since most of these Artifacts take time to unlock.

Common and Uncommon grade level-up rewards aren’t game-changing, but they do add up. Epic and Legendary bonuses can transform a run that’s in a death spiral into a win in an instant. On that basis alone, even a small XP boost is worth grabbing whenever you can.

The Nitra Scanner is excellent for second place as you can spend Nitra between stages. Like level-up rewards, these can be game-changing but more limited as you won’t obtain them as often.

We have the Red Sugar Cube and Gold Scanner at the back of the pack. Gold seems plentiful in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, and although more is good, I wouldn’t prioritize it. If the Red Sugar Cube granted a more significant health buff, it might be worth grabbing.

If you’re at a much higher level and can access better Artifacts, I’d go for the BLT Ration Pack during crucial moments when you’re low on health, the BRN Shield Belt for an extra damage dealer, and Nitragenic Powder for a Critical Chance buff with no penalty.

Do Supply Drop rewards stack?

Although Supply Drop rewards are small, they do stack. This means you can focus on a single perk during each stage to yield greater rewards overall. It may take a while to reap visible rewards, but they do add up. Alternatively, you can mix and match to patch up holes in your build.

Some of these Supply Drops specifically note that they can stack up to a certain point, so keep that in mind when diving. Now that you know the best Artifacts to pick, you should also know about the best permanent upgrades in DRG:S.
