Complete the Arcane Tremors event

Arguably one of the best ways you can gather both Governing Stones and Tuning Stones is by taking part in the Arcane Tremors event. You will be tasked with closing Voltaic Obelisks which will reward you with Elemental Stones. Gather three Elemental Stones and 50 Shattered Stones – dropped by Constructs – and interact with the Voltaic Brazier to summon a Herald of Malphas. You will get a Governing Stone or a Tuning Stone as a reward. The trick is just standing close to the Brazier and waiting for other players to ignite it. You will get to face the Herald and pick up rewards consecutively!

Complete the Seasonal Chapters

While saying “Just play the game” may not be the greatest answer ever, the amount of Stones you will get for completing the Season of the Construct chapters is beyond belief. You will get caches that will grant you both types of Stones, randomly. It’s no surprise that the best way to level up your seasonal character is also to actually play the seasonal content and finish all chapters.

Use Shattered Stone to craft them

Have you defeated any Constructs lately? Well, then you might be surprised at the amount of Shattered Stone you have collected. You see, all these Constructs drop this item that you will use to summon the Herald of Malphas, but if you are eager to get some Stones, then head to the Jeweler. He will use your Shattered Stones to craft Stone Caches. Yes, you will not be able to craft a specific type of Governing or Tuning Stone, but at least relying on RNG will get your blood pumping and your controller flying across the room.

Completing Vaults

Just like completing chapters, visiting and completing Vaults, the new seasonal version of the traditional Diablo 4 dungeons, will net you both Governing and Tuning Stones. For just completing the Vault, you will get a Tuning Stone. However, if you get to open Wardwoven Chests – which are the ultimate reward as long as you keep a stack of Zoltun’s Warding – you will either get one Governing or Tuning Stone. As you can see, this is the most time-consuming method, so I suggest using this method in conjunction with the others as long as your travels guide you there.

Go ahead and collect both types of Stones so that you can customize your Seneschal Companion as much as you can so that you adapt it to your build. There’s a perfect combination out there for you!
