Warzone Pacific best Combat Shotgun Class

How to make the best Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Combat Shotgun class

Hip fire your way to victory.

Alongside the launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard Season One was the release of Warzone Pacific. Other than a new map, the battle royale also got even more weapons to take into the fight. From day one, shotguns in Call of Duty: Vanguard have been one of the most dominant weapons in the battle royale. So much so that Raven Software has responded to fans calling for the overpowered akimbo Double Barrel shotgun to be nerfed. The Combat Shotgun is no different, and with the best attachments, you can build a strong class to take into your next Warzone Pacific match.

The Combat Shotgun is already able to deal a lot of damage, and it has a respectable amount of mobility to its name. Ultimately, this class will maximize both of these features to achieve the best loadout possible. At the time, accuracy will be taken into account, particularly hip fire accuracy.

  • Muzzle: M97 Full Choke
  • Barrel: Sawed-off
  • Stock: Wire Custom
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Rear Grip: Pine Tar Grip
  • Magazine: 16 Gauge 10 Round Drums
  • Ammunition Type: Packed Powder
  • Perk 1: Vital
  • Perk 2: Quick
  • Optic: Slate Reflector

With the intro out of the way, it’s time to build the class. The first attachment you should equip is the M97 Full Choke muzzle for a tighter pellet spread. The Sawed-off barrel is a viable option for boosting your movement speed and damage. To further maximize your speed, use the Wire Custom stock. This will see you experience better aim down sight speed and movement speed, as well as hip fire accuracy.

As this class uses a tighter pellet spread, you will want to make sure that your shots are as accurate as possible. Using the Pine Tar Grip improves the recoil control of your gun and grants you more hip fire accuracy. Pairing this with the Carver Foregrip underbarrel takes away more recoil and it will take your hip fire accuracy to a new level.

When you are choosing a magazine, the 16 Gauge 10 Round Drums give you more than enough bullets to get the job done. For more versatility, the Packed Powder ammunition type steps up your shotgun in terms of damage range.

The most important attachment of them all

The Perk that will transform your weapon and allow you to deal as much damage as possible is Vital. This attachment increases torso damage, allowing you to shred through every enemy in your path. Perk 2 is Quick, which increases your sprint speed and allow you to get aggressive.

If you prefer to use an optic on your shotgun, the Slate Reflector is a clear sight that works well in close-quarter engagements. However, the class will be just as powerful using the iron sight. The weapon’s hip fire accuracy means that you may not have to aim down sight in many gunfights.

As the Combat Shotgun thrives in close-quarter combat in Warzone Pacific, you should pair it with a weapon that will pack a punch at long range. Currently, the Bren has solidified itself as being the long range meta in Caldera and Rebirth Island.
