Diablo 3 Senior Producer leaves Blizzard

Diablo 3 is still not ready for release as they continue to tweak the game before it’s release much to the dsimay of many fans. Steve Parker who was the Senior Producer on the game posted an update to this Twitter account revealing that he has left the project and Blizzard.
Hey Twitter, I’m no longer working at Blizzard or on D3. I’ve had a great 5 years there and those guys are going to kill it with Diablo.
Thanks! Looking forward to bigger and better things.
It’s not clear why Steve left Blizzard, maybe he felt his work was done on the project now it is nearing completion although it does seem a little odd to leave so close to seeing it through. When is he says “kill it with Diablo” he means that in a good way of course.
Blizzard are now looking to fill the role as indicated on their jobs page.
