Free trial of Elder Scrolls Online ‘Plus’ begins on 5 July

ZeniMax Studios have announced that a free trial of Elder Scrolls Online ‘Plus’ will be available from 5 July to 9 July. People who currently have Plus accounts will be getting some extra bonuses during that same period.

Anybody with an active Elder Scrolls Online Plus account will get a free Dwarven Crown Crate every day they log in between 5-9 July (inclusive). Crown Crates will show up in the player’s account on 17 July.

If you’re joining Plus through the free trial that runs across the same dates, you won’t get the free Crates. However, you will get a taste of what other features are available. That includes full access to all of the game’s DLC packs (Imperial City, Dark Brotherhood, and so on), unlimited storage for crafting materials, a 10% boost to experience and gold acquisition, and various other benefits outlined in the link above.

In order to join the Elder Scrolls Online Plus free trial, you need to look in the Crown Store on 5 July. Any time after 10am Eastern should do it.

1 Log into The Elder Scrolls Online.
2 Navigate to the Crown Store.
3 View the “Featured” category.
4 Find and select the ESO Plus Free Trial.
5 You will then enjoy select ESO Plus benefits for the duration of the event.
