Yanfei’s character ascension materials can be found all over Teyvat.

Here they are:

• Treasure Hoarder insignias – Dropped by Treasure Hoarder mobs.
• Agnidus Agade – Dropped by the Pyro Regisvine/Primo Geovishap elite; purchased from Souvenir Shop; higher-tier versions can be crafted by an alchemist NPC.
• Juvenile Jade – Dropped by the Primo Geovishap elite.
• Noctilucous Jade – Found in Liyue’s caves and in Mingyun Village.
