The stunning cityscape of Chongqing offers the backdrop for the fourth level in Hitman 3. It’s also where you need to eliminate two targets to complete the “End of an Era” mission. Here’s our guide to help you out.

Hitman 3: Chongqing and “End of an Era” guide
Hitman 3‘s Chongqing level/”End of an Era” mission has two targets: Hush and Imogen Royce. Likewise, there’s an extra objective where you must hack the ICA facility’s core. This is only required if it’s your first time doing this level. For subsequent runs, this is merely optional and you can escape after both targets are dead.
For the Hitman 3 Chongqing level guide, I’ve decided to combine mission stories and challenges that you can complete along the way:
|Mission Story||Assassination Challenges||Discovery Challenges||Feats Challenges|
|Stick It To The Man|
Versatile Assassin: Hold My Hair – Hush seems to be the only one who can be drowned.
|Shortcut: Block Ladder|
Last ResortThe Beat
The Show Must Go On
Lei Me To Sleep
Ease of Pain
Target: Imogen Royce
A Shock to the System
Venting Some Stress
|Shortcut: Inner Courtyard|
Climbing the Corporate Ladder
Hack The Planet
Quite A Hatch
Super Special Door
|A Hair in My Soup|
Killing The Past
This guide is also intended for Silent Assassin Suit Only (SASO) and Sniper Assassin runs
Big Bada Boom
|The Beat||Big Sister|
Oh, and before I forget, let’s talk about a couple of miscellaneous challenges that are a little out of the way when you’re trying to do the mission stories in “End of an Era.”
“Shortcut: Facility Elevator Shaft”
This actually doesn’t lead to the ICA facility because the shortcut names might’ve gotten switched (this is likely the Inner Courtyard shortcut).
Simply turn around from the Riverside Walkway starting location to find a well-guarded, uh, courtyard. Run to the back past the guard and unlock the shortcut.
“Down the Rabbit Hole”
Upon finishing your objectives, you can escape by using the manhole. It’s at the northern alleyway behind the arcade.
You’re going to need a crowbar, though, and you should find one while doing Impulse Control.
