Hitman 3 concludes Agent 47’s story (at least for now), and this finale takes place in the Carpathian Mountains of Romania. You’ll be able to make a fateful choice, one that lets you complete “A New Father” (a feats challenge) and obtain the game’s secret ending. Here’s our mini-guide to help you out.

Hitman 3: Completing “A New Father” and getting the secret ending
In Hitman 3‘s Carpathian Mountains location, progress through the “Untouchable” mission in any way you see fit. Eventually, you’ll have a discussion with Arthur Edwards, the Constant, the man who’s been hounding Agent 47 as part of his clandestine power grab.
There’s a serum on the desk, and you have the option to inject Edwards to kill him. Alternatively, you can try other means of eliminating your foe.
If you want to get the secret and “A New Father,” however, you’ll need to hold off for a bit. Just wait an entire minute and don’t do anything. Edwards will then wonder if you’re having second thoughts. Then, a prompt to inject yourself with the serum will appear.
Note: Make sure that you have the serum is equipped the entire time that you’re waiting. If you have two large weapons, you’ll need to drop one of them to have the syringe in your hand. If you don’t have the serum held, Edwards’ dialogue won’t fire.
Anyway, injecting the serum will cause the screen to blur. Agent 47 will then wake up in a padded cell while Edwards gloats about this new day. It seems our elite operative is now a prisoner in his own mind.
After the secret ending (a rather short cinematic), you’ll get “A New Father” done as a tally. Likewise, you’ll obtain the “Count Down From 47” achievement.
